Women's Small Business Loan Project hires community facilitator for Dinsho

The Association for Sustainable Peace and Social Progress (ASPASP), TMF's Ethiopian partner in implementing the women's small-business loan project, has employed Miss Work-Aferaw Teka as a community facilitator/organizer for the project in Dinsho. She received training in administering a loan program and spent two weeks observing similar programs in two other locations. She will be on a six-month probationary period.

ASPASP also met with district leaders in Dinsho to explain the program and obtain their cooperation. Ato Hasen Tiqari, the district administrator, enthusiastically accepted the proposal and promised to coordinate with other government offices in Dinsho in order to assist Miss Teka in carrying out her work.
