The Murulle Foundation has been working to conserve cultural and
natural resources in Ethiopia for eight years. Our current projects are directed toward the following:
Previous conservation activities have included: studying the effects of grazing
on savannah ecosystems in the Omo Valley, documenting forest diversity
and structure in the Odo Bulu mountains, donating educational materials
to local schools, donating first aid supplies to villages, installing
water supply systems, organizing open-forum discussions about landuse
and conservation, establishing reforestation and community forestry projects, and conducting natural resource awareness campaigns.
